Passion, do what you love
Work (translation: play)
Practice, get good at it.
Push yourself - physically, mentally, etc.
Get a good Mom, or at least, a good coach.
Serve, find large groups of people to help
Ideas, come up with good ways to help them
Persist, through everything.
